Our METHOCEL™ hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) grades are a prime polymer solution for alcohol-based cleaning formulations, like hand sanitizers, that are better for consumers and the planet.

 

METHOCEL™ is primarily used as a premium thickener and gelling agent, but it can also be applied to alcohol-based formulations to control viscosity and rheology, enabling consumers to easily dispense and apply alcohol gels onto their hands with reduced waste.
